For you who a big fan of Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart this is a big news and good news too.

As we all know that many media post an affair of Rupert and Kristen and it cause broken heart for Kristen And Rob

We can strongly feel that they still love each other. They are just so match to each other. Touugh we know that movie can't be a reality, but they just Edward and Bella as well

They had passed their hard time during this affair and now all of you can be glad that they are living together again
After Kristen Stewart make sure and proved that she did not sleep with Rupert, Robert open his heart once again for Kristen.

It is not easy for them to take a break as we seen in many highlight that they were having a big lost because this affairs.

The Poison Surround Us

We never realized that mechanical things that we used everyday may harm our self. Getting knows about the poison in a safe way so we can avoid those dangerous things and minimize the bad effects.

Here are some of the things that we have to be aware of :

1. Mercury or HG

 As we know that many cosmetics to make our face whiten use Mercury or HG as one of the base materials. Also the exposure of mercury may rise in fish consumption, flu vaccines, Dental Amalgam Fillings. We know that sea water had infected by mercury from industry company. It is better to eat fish which grows from plain water.

2. Teflon or PFOA (perfluorooctanic acid)

We know that Teflon is one of the materials in pan or rice cooker pan. It is used to avoid food from sticking   to cooking surfaces. Be assure that your cooking equipments are free from Teflon. You may consider stainless steel for the substitute

3. Styrofoam

Nah, we used to find Styrofoam to keep our food inside it. Styrofoam made from benzene which is carcinogen for our body. It became dangerous when the contents hit by heat. Many cup for tea, coffee or instant noodles are using Styrofoam so it is effective as the packer and glass at the same time. But please consider your health when you use this material.

4. Pesticides

Even the purpose of pesticide is to kill pest, but we also get infect of using this. Pesticide use to kill mosquito in our home or pest in farm land. Thus, our pillow might contain pesticide which is harmful for us. The scary things is our vegetables in our refrigerator may contain pesticide which can make a serious damage of health.

5. Fluoride

Most of tooth paste using fluoride to make our teeth whiten. Consider the bad effect of fluoride, you should change your tooth paste to a non-fluoride one.
