Hypnosis is a precise way for you
to change your bad behavior to good. We know that bad health came from
ourselves who have a bad behavior in eating or in a way of life. And research
had proven that hypnosis has a big number of success in helping their patient
to get their health back.
Many books have a different
theme. There is some talking about hypnosis parenting and some talking about
self hypnosis or other talking about building positive personality or maybe to
change the bad habit like smoking or drugs.
Hypnosis parenting helps parents
to control their children behavior through putting some positive words below
their subconscious mind. With that way, it is easier for parents when they ask
the kids to do something that they want like study or helping them in doing
some house chores.
However, the point of hypnosis is
building a positive thinking through positive words beyond our subconscious
mind. But one thing that we have to remember that subconscious mind can’t define
the words NO or DON’T. Being creative in the words that we used to put in
subconscious mind is the key
